Luxury Penthouse In The Heart of Dubai Marina

Fab stay would recommended and will be staying again! Positive: We loved our stay here! Perfect location, great apartment, very attentive staff - whenever there was a small issue it was rectified super quick!

Great Penthouse, better view. Positive: The penthouse is really as advertised. It genuinely felt like home with all of the regular day-to-day amenities. The security downstairs were very friendly & happy to show us around the facility (pool, sauna, gym). The location was fantastic, being just a few minutes away from the Dubai Marina Mall & the Marinascape Mall. Many places were easily accessible including the Marina itself, where you could shop, eat & enjoy the views. Negative: The A/C in the master bedroom was sometimeish with the cooling, as someone who loves to sleep in the cold, this was a bit frustrating but it wasn't horrible, often reaching cooler temperatures throughout the night. The apartment is probably due for a deep cleaning by the end of the year, for things like the couch, headboards & rug.

Positive: The location is great. Right across Tram station and easy access to Marina Walk. The manager and the staff were super helpful and professional. The quality of furnishing and decor is top notch. The unit does give a homely feeling to the guests.

Good but could be better Positive: Close to local amenities. Rooms were a good size. Negative: The A/C didn’t work from the day we entered the property. We had to keep calling people to sort it out. Even after four call outs still didn’t reach an acceptable temperature. It was too hot in the master bedroom. Nothing was stocked up for us no sugar no tea. Had to ask for hand towel in the kitchen and hand wash.
