Orta derecede temiz, konumu iyi bir tesisti. Positive: Metroya çok yakın, Emirates Mall hemen yakınında, tesisin içerisinde 24 saat açık iki tane süpermarket yer alıyor. Konum açısından çok iyi bir konumdadır. Negative: Temiz değildi, küçük sinekler vardı, mutfak ve yerler yeterince temizlenmemişti. Lavabonun gider kısmından koku geliyordu.
